Assessment Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and highly organised Assessment Manager to lead and manage the delivery of key assessment and examination processes across the University.

Working as part of Registry with Student and Academic Administration, you will play a central role in ensuring that assessment processes are delivered effectively, consistently and in accordance with the University's academic regulations, policies and procedures.

You will work closely with academic colleagues, professional services teams and senior stakeholders to ensure that assessment processes are efficient, accurate and provide an excellent experience for students and staff.

Required Skills

• Experience of managing and developing a team.
• A detailed understanding of assessment and examination processes within a higher education environment.
• Experience of interpreting and applying complex academic regulations and policies.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and academic colleagues.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good technical skills with experience of using student record systems and other relevant technologies.
