Description:
Campbell Tickell is a management and recruitment consultancy that operates across housing, social care, sports and leisure, and charities. They are seeking an Assistant Consultant to join their Interim recruitment practice. This role will assist in the placement of high-caliber executive and middle leadership candidates for clients. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with both permanent and consultancy colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment and placement of interim candidates for executive and middle leadership roles
Manage and accurately utilize the recruitment CRM to ensure efficient processes
Work closely with both permanent and consultancy teams to support clients' needs
Provide excellent attention to detail in all tasks, especially in the management of recruitment processes
Key Skills:
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
Previous experience in agency or in-house recruitment is preferred
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
