Our Cost Management Team at RLB proactively manage the cost of a building project, from the initial design stages through to the building’s completion and sometimes even the costs incurred through maintenance and operation, once the building is up and running. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long term relationships with a large majority.
We are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Data Centre, Residential, Education, Healthcare and Retail clients and projects. Surveyors work in close contact with the client, advising them on financial and legal matters that arise during the project.
Overview Of Role
We are currently recruiting an Assistant Cost Manager to join a client focused team within our Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen our Cost Management team.
This role presents an excellent prospect for a career minded Assistant Cost Manager to gain valuable exposure to a wide variety of sectors, projects and clients within a established and supportive environment.
Our team in Bristol work across many sectors including residential (private & public sector), mixed-use, higher education and more. The role would suit an individual with some industry experience managing smaller projects or packages within a consultancy environment who is keen to build upon this experience while gaining valuable APC support.
