Key Responsibilities:

• Support Budget Holders: Collaborate with departments to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and analyze variances.

• Management Reporting: Assist with month-end processes, prepare management accounts, and deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all financial activities align with internal policies and external requirements including tax, HR, and payroll regulations.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with non-finance stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, meaningful advice.

• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement enhancements to financial procedures and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in a relevant subject and/or actively studying towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

• Proven experience or exposure to budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.

• Strong knowledge of financial systems, controls, and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences.

• Highly analytical with keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
