Assistant Management Accountant

You will be responsible for:

  • Process invoices and creating payment proposals
  • Resolve invoice queries and ensure related party transactions properly reflected or escalate any outstanding issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely cost allocation within relevant profit centres
  • Preparation of accruals, prepayments and month end journals
  • Undertake /assist with the preparation of month end reporting / monthly management accounts packs
  • Assist with preparation of year end audit requirements.

  • Part qualified or equivalent
  • Strong IT skills, including good knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • The ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • The ability to think ahead, plan work and meet deadlines
  • The ability to achieve tight deadlines with high degree of quality and understanding accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong customer service focus
