Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of a specific store department.

• Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Support the Store Management team in delivering key performance indicators such as:

  • Sales targets

  • Stock shrinkage reduction

  • Effective wage and budget control

• Inspire and guide a team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

• Ensure operational excellence through high standards in:

  • Stock management and availability

  • Merchandising and in-store presentation

  • Compliance with operational procedures and policies

• Promote a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations.

• Use performance metrics and data analysis to implement continuous improvements and optimize store operations.
