Savers Health Home & Beauty is seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Manager to join its team in Maida Vale, London. As an Assistant Manager, you will lead by example, supporting your store team to deliver excellent customer service and exceptional store performance. You will motivate, coach, and develop team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle daily challenges and continue their professional growth. In addition to managing daily operations, you will also engage with the local community, fostering valuable relationships and representing the Savers brand with pride.

This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to delegate effectively. You should be adept at building structured routines, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining high operational standards while keeping team morale high.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Maintain store standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

  • Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product displays to drive sales.

  • Build connections within the local community to promote brand awareness.

  • Support the Store Manager in implementing company initiatives and achieving targets.

  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.

  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve business performance and team engagement.
