Description:

Oliver James is partnering with a boutique pensions consultancy based in London, looking for an Assistant Pensions Consultant. The ideal candidate will be either pursuing or have a strong desire to pursue their PMI qualification.

In this role, you will provide expert advice on the design, funding, administration, and communication of client pension schemes. You will manage benefit-related risks and deliver innovative solutions to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on the design, funding, administration, and communication of pension schemes.

  • Manage benefit-related risks and provide innovative solutions to clients.

  • Prepare reports and handle data manipulations as part of general consulting work.

  • Contribute to the operational and strategic aspects of pensions consultancy.

Role Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or eager to pursue the PMI qualification.

  • Excellent knowledge of UK DB pensions and prior experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to manipulate data and prepare detailed reports.

  • Passion for consulting work and a collaborative approach.
