Description:
The Assistant Business Development and Recruitment Manager will work closely with Business Development and Recruitment Managers to support the delivery of a highly professional and personalised attraction, enquiry management, and recruitment and admissions service. The successful candidate will organise, co-ordinate, project manage and deliver an extensive range of calling campaigns, online webinars and face to face interactions aimed at identifying, attracting and converting high-calibre candidates interested in pre-experience Masters and Bachelors level study.
This role will require the successful candidate to work independently with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. This is a demanding role therefore, enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure are paramount. The successful candidate should demonstrate creativity and innovation in an ever-changing environment.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an ability in the provision of effective support for busy senior managers, proven organisational and planning skills and a track record in project/event management. A focus on working smart and supporting the spirit of partnership and collaboration with candidates, colleagues and external stakeholders is essential to success in this role.
