Description:

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Project & Change Lead to join its KYC Operations Transformation team as part of the Client Lifecycle Transformation (CLT) Key Deliverable. Reporting to a VP, the role collaborates with Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) teams, Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) partners, and Technology teams to deliver consistent Change & Transformation programmes aligned with Agile principles.

The Project & Change Lead will take ownership of global and regional implementation of strategic KYC transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery of measurable value and success. The role involves defining complex problems, delivering process, technical, and organizational design solutions, and maintaining clear communication with senior stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of strategic KYC transformation initiatives globally and regionally

  • Define and articulate complex problems and develop process, technical, and organizational solutions

  • Maintain project status, manage risks and issues, dependencies, change controls, and decision coordination

  • Report progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to project/programme leadership

  • Support Delivery Lead in implementing milestones, closure criteria, and success measures; conduct programme review meetings

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong change management skills: business case & scope definition, issue articulation, risk/dependency management, status reporting, and test execution

  • Proven ability to deliver solutions and benefits

  • Leadership experience with empowerment, situational awareness, transparency, and conflict resolution

  • Ability to influence, challenge, communicate, and partner with teammates, workstream leads, and senior stakeholders

  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
