Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Biotech.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks.
- Financial Modeling: Create and analyze financial models to assess investment viability.
- Portfolio Management: Support the management of the existing portfolio, working closely with portfolio companies.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the healthcare sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field. An advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Biotech sectors.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
