Description:
Gallagher, a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services with over 52,000 professionals worldwide, is seeking an Associate Delivery Lead within Claims – AP Integration to join their UK Retail Claims team. This is a high-impact, hybrid role blending Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Leadership to support strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes.
This role is ideal for professionals looking to work on integration activities that span technology, processes, and people. You will have the autonomy to lead end-to-end projects while contributing to the transformation of Gallagher’s claims operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver end-to-end integration projects across claims operations.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Analyse business requirements and design effective, compliant solutions.
Map processes, assess risks, and track delivery milestones.
Lead stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
Ensure transformation aligns with claims lifecycle and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in project delivery, business analysis, or change management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Background in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries (claims experience is a plus).
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Visio tools.
Flexible within the UK, with occasional office travel.
Eligible to work in the UK.
