The Role

Lead the Business Development team, fostering the growth and potential of each team member.

Manage with a coaching and collaborative management approach, which you'll be trained in.

Cultivate strong trust-based relationships with our key clients and stakeholders.

Assist clients in enhancing the environmental performance of their projects.

Contribute to the development of a robust project pipeline.

Offer input into marketing and advertising strategies.

Collaborate closely with the Scheduling and Resourcing Team and other Team Leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

Over 15 years of experience in the construction industry (e.g., surveying, sustainability consultancy, architecture, planning, construction, M & E).

A Bachelor's or Honors level degree.

The ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.

Initiative, attention to detail, and a strong drive.
