Description:
The University of Warwick’s Medical School invites applications for an Associate Professor in Clinical Anatomy (teaching-focused) to join a leading team of clinical anatomists. This role offers an opportunity to develop and deliver education and training in clinical anatomy and medical imaging at MBChB and postgraduate/professional levels. The post holder will also contribute to other teaching, learning, and assessment activities, including OSCE examinations and written assessment creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching in clinical anatomy and medical imaging.
Develop and enhance educational resources and curriculum content.
Participate in assessment creation, marking, and evaluation of MBChB and postgraduate students.
Support leadership initiatives in teaching and curriculum development.
Engage with students and colleagues to improve teaching outcomes and learning experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong background in clinical anatomy and medical education.
Experience in curriculum design, assessment, and teaching delivery.
Ability to work collaboratively within a teaching-focused team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
Leadership experience in medical education.
Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and digital learning platforms.
Contract & Location Details:
Full-time, on-site at the central University Campus in Coventry.
