Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the delivery of diverse projects, ensuring value for money and maximized client outcomes.

• Execute responsibilities with precision in line with best practices and established processes.

• Work closely with Project Management Partners to ensure successful delivery, building trust and fostering long-term client relationships.

• Contribute to business development by preparing compelling fee proposals and RFP responses.

• Represent the consultancy at client interviews, playing a key role in winning new work.

• Uphold the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, Security, and Quality compliance.

Professional Skills:

• Preparation and management of RIBA stage reports from feasibility to post-handover.

• Development and management of project programmes.

• Organizing and leading meetings, preparing detailed minutes and progress reports.

• Presentation of reports at monthly client meetings.

• Preparation of contract documents.

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Working knowledge of various forms of building contracts, including administration.

Experience Required:

• Proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion.

• Strong background working with public sector and blue light clients.

• Hands-on experience administering NEC and JCT contracts.

• Familiarity with framework agreements (highly desirable).

• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially within the public sector.
