To support its continued global expansion, MIM® is seeking three exceptional Associate Trainers to join its delivery team and deliver MIM® Professional®, Expert®, and Director® courses to a rapidly growing international client base.
As an Associate Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact training sessions across multiple formats—virtual, classroom, and hybrid—using MIM®’s official content and frameworks. You will be responsible for facilitating interactive sessions that include practical exercises, real-world case studies, and engaging discussions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience aligned with MIM®’s global standards.
In addition to delivery, you will contribute to continuous improvement by participating in calibration sessions, “train the trainer” programs, and providing detailed learner feedback. This role demands not only strong presentation and facilitation skills but also deep subject matter expertise in Major Incident Management and related IT service management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver MIM® training sessions using official course materials.
Facilitate interactive learning through exercises, discussions, and case studies.
Ensure consistent quality and adherence to MIM® brand standards.
Participate in calibration and ongoing trainer development programs.
Support continuous improvement of training materials and learner experience.
Accurately record participant feedback and performance scores.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Solid experience in Major Incident Management, IT Service Management, or IT Operations Leadership.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Prior experience in delivering corporate training or workshops (virtual or classroom).
Knowledge of ITIL®, DevOps, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
Professional, client-focused, and reliable.
Preferred Certifications:
MIM® Professional®, Expert®, or Director® (or willingness to complete).
ITIL®, ISO 20000, or equivalent service management certifications.
