As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will support external audit and advisory engagements across Investment Management clients, gaining exposure to high-profile projects in an evolving and dynamic sector. The firm offers excellent career progression opportunities, aiming to grow future leaders internally to Director level (£150k+) within 4–5 years and Partner level (£180k+) within 5–7 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality external audits for Investment Management clients with tailored and client-focused solutions.
Participate in audit and advisory engagements, providing insights and recommendations.
Develop technical expertise in Financial Services audit through full training from industry leaders.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including CFOs and CEOs, strengthening long-term client relationships.
Contribute to the firm’s growth and practice development through proactive client engagement and professional excellence.
Requirements:
Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years post-qualification experience in external audit.
UK-based audit experience is essential (no sponsorship offered).
Audit background from corporate, not-for-profit, or any sector (Big 4 experience not required; candidates from smaller firms encouraged).
Accounts preparation experience advantageous but not essential.
Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and client relationship management.
Commercial awareness with a keen interest in Financial Services and Investment Management.
