We are hiring for a prestigious and award-winning Mid-Tier Practice which is going through exponential growth by being a strategic advisor of choice to an array of leading Investment Management clients. This includes UK and international Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Pensions Specialists, Fin Tech, as well as VC and Private Equity organisations.

They really value my client's Partner led approach that can advise them not only on the complexities of judging their current financial position, but also with their strategic growth journeys which often lead to multi-jurisdictional listing and capital raising strategies involving million pounds of AUM.

They have an established team of Top 6 talent but due to huge success/interest from clients upon referral or industry events they have been key attendees of there is an immediate need for more leaders who aspire to national and global board positions in the IM space at my client.

You will be a Top 30 Director or Partner with a demonstrable experience of successfully leading Investment Management clients based in London and ideally have secured RI status to sign off new clients who join the firm in the coming months.

There will be significant investment from the Board in growing your brand, methodology, as well as UK and global coverage from the firm. You will be adding value to a significant global network of clients, including working with Big 4 Partners and Directors who are national speakers and authors in Industry events. There will also be plenty of scope for you to be part of such events and be a significant presence to tap into the huge presence my client has developed in this space.

My client would be more than happy to consider an experienced Director looking to join them as a Partner. There are huge rewards available including significant equity share options in the firm, as current Board Partners take home a £1 million package at present. There are also succession plans in the department with clear paths to a Board Executive level role for yourself at the firm. Also, there is huge scope for Advisory work, and gaining M&A and Corporate Finance exposure as part of your clients’ respective listing and/or capital raising growth strategies.
