Description:
We are looking for energetic and reliable Temporary Bartenders to join our team for the summer season near Henley-on-Thames. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory.
- Handle cash and card transactions.
- Adhere to all licensing laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous bar tending experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to own transport.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in the Henley-on-Thames and surrounding areas.
- Availability from May to early September (this will be flexible).
- PLH is preferred but not essential
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology.
