About The Role

Our Bid Managers are a valuable part of our business, leading our diverse team of experts to produce quality tenders, in accordance with the SES Bid Strategy and governance.

As Our Bid Manager You Will
 

  • Lead the execution of tailored bid strategies, ensuring bespoke submissions aligned to client requirements.
  • Act as the central point of contact, coordinating input from diverse stakeholders.
  • Provide expert stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across all parties.
  • Oversee the delivery of settlement requirements.
  • Facilitate and chair key meetings, including Bid Launch, Progress Updates, and Settlement discussions.
  • Manage the production of specific tender deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet bid milestones.
  • Take full responsibility for the bid programme, ensuring on-time delivery of the bid.
