Description:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented BMS Sales Coordinator to join our Administration team in Altrincham. As a key part of our operations, you’ll support the sales processes and procedures that keep our business running efficiently. You'll manage customer relationships, streamline processes, uplift contract renewals and ensure all procedures are followed. Your efforts are vital in keeping progress on track from start to finish.
You will
- Manage service sales administration, including scheduling meetings and site visits, coordinating customer communications, and maintaining accurate records across SSE systems and processes.
- Oversee service contract renewals and support small works projects from quotation through to completion.
- Provide reliable and proactive support to both our customers and internal operational teams.
- Facilitate clear, effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.
You have
- An interest in Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS), engineering, or technology. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
