I'm currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead a brand-new Accident Repair Centre in Portway, Bristol (BS9).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Bodyshop, Workshop or Accident Repair leader looking to take ownership of a modern operation, drive performance and shape a high-performing team from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and manage daily workshop operations
🔹 Conduct team briefings and allocate workloads
🔹 Manage workshop capacity and vehicle throughput
🔹 Ensure quality control throughout the repair process
🔹 Monitor productivity, efficiency and profitability
🔹 Maintain excellent customer communication and service standards
🔹 Manage parts ordering, stock levels and repair scheduling
🔹 Ensure repair documentation and imagery are completed accurately

About You:
✔ Previous experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Workshop Manager or similar leadership role within an accident repair environment
✔ Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and bodyshop operations
✔ Excellent leadership and people management skills
✔ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✔ Confident using bodyshop management systems and IT platforms
✔ Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and quality repairs
