Branch Manager

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Southam for a Branch Manager at Connells. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and motivate the sales team, and drive performance to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients and local developers, developing business strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience, team management skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate staff effectively
• Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and customer service expertise
• Sales strategies and target-driven approach with experience in achieving business objectives
• Problem-solving, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the estate agency industry and relevant sales or real estate accreditations (preferred but not required)
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
