Your key tasks will include:
With P&L responsibility you will manage the operational facilities and ensure that cost-effective maintenance and security arrangements are in place to prevent disruption to efficient operations.
Provide support to the Business Development Team , ensuring a significant contribution to the UK growth agenda
Maintain an active stance on ISO/health & safety and other compliance issues across the branch and when necessary take corrective action promptly where rules or standards are not met.
Ensure excellent working relationships with all site customers to leverage new opportunities for business development. To maintaining a positive customer experience and relationships with Key accounts/agents.
Constantly review, disseminate and improve branch performance to drive maximum efficiency and achievement of all customer targets and key performance indicators to fulfil customer and cargo-partners requirements and standards.
