Brand Associate

 

Description:

The Brand Associate will closely liaise with key stakeholders across the business, whether that be within CIC, Care Teams, Digital leads, or IT / Data Managers. This role therefore requires strong collaboration & communication skills, working with both internal & external stakeholders, such as associated agencies & event providers.

Digital marketing proficiency is critical to this role, especially fluency with social media platforms. The Brand Associate must be able to manage MRL & MedCompli submissions for DTC activity & will also carry a support role to the marketing team, raising all PRs, tracking them through to PO & payment. They are considered an SME for PRs, POs & following-up invoices.

This role will also work closely with the Sampling Service in NDC to ensure that the right materials are available, whilst managing spend & continuously exploring cost-effective solutions.

Success will be demonstrated via key metrics linked to marketing effectiveness (lead gen & brand awareness), commercial gain (NCS) & ROI.

This role reports to the Marketing Director, Ostomy Care, UKI.

This is for a 6-months contract

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the develop & deployment of the DTC Marketing Plan
  • Development of specific campaigns, under the stewardship of the Senior Brand Manager, DTC
  • Organic Social Media Management, working in collaboration with the digital management agency
  • Performing due diligence on the requested RFDs to enable targeted BOFU marketing initiatives
  • Key partner in the development & deployment of the Convatec x C-UK patient days, with specific responsibility for logistics (bookings, catering, equipment etc)
  • Raising PRs, tracking POs, and point of contact for queries
  • SME in MRL with responsibility for MRL submissions for DTC
  • Responsibility for associated Medcompli submissions for DTC activity
  • Responsible for ensuring the Sampling Service (NDC) is well equipped with materials to ensure smooth delivery of samples & engaging content, whilst monitoring cost & cost efficiency of items
  • Adhoc support of the Marketing Director / Snr Commercial Director

     

Skills & Experience:
 

  • Key competencies and characteristics candidates need to demonstrate to help build our diverse, inclusive culture and to be successful in the role.
  • 1yr+ experience of DTC marketing, ideally in a healthcare setting
  • High level of competency with MS Office, Adobe, Optimizely, and Canva
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to collaborate with many different internal & external stakeholders
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to multitask

     

Qualifications/Education:
 

  • Marketing qualifications preferred, but not essential
