This role sits at the heart of our client's e-commerce strategy, managing the day-to-day Amazon vendor relationship and owning all commercial levers that drive sales, profitability and market share. You'll take full ownership of weekly and monthly performance across sales, in-stock rates and trade spend, whilst executing product launches, managing content readiness and driving promotion strategy. Your work directly influences how millions of customers discover and purchase products, making this a commercially significant role with clear visibility and impact across the business.
π WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING FROM DAY 1
- Managing day-to-day Amazon vendor relationships, including sales revenue and stock & trade spend performance
- Executing pricing, promotions & profitability levers within agreed guardrails to drive sales growth
- Owing complete launch process for new products, managing sell-ins, content, supply planning and forecasting
- Ensuring retail readiness across all product detail pages, including titles, bullets, images and A+ content
- Executing content refreshes and managing updates to maintain brand consistency and appeal
- Running weekly reporting on sales, margin, availability and media performance using Brand Analytics
- Conducting post-promotion reviews and building commercial business cases based on data insights
- Managing supply chain activities, including PO health and chargebacks
- Tracking operational KPIs including on-time, in-full delivery, in-stock rates and sales performance
πWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree-level qualification with proven FMCG national accounts experience
- Min 4-5 years e-commerce or e-grocery account management experience within FMCG/consumer goods
- Specific Amazon Vendor experience, including promotions, Amazon Advertising and retail readiness
- Hands-on experience managing P&L, joint business planning, trade spend and demand forecasting
- Experience collaborating with e-commerce, digital marketing and content teams on product pages and brand stores
- Comfortable working with data platforms such as Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Profitero or Amazon Brand Analytics
- Ability to interpret data, extract commercial insights and build evidence-based business cases
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Customer-first mindset with clear understanding of retailer priorities and KPIs
