Branding Campaign Lead

Change Digital is working with a multinational company and a leading global health services provider to find a Branding Campaign Lead for their Global Individual Health (GIH) marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, this role involves managing brand-building and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing campaigns, from awareness to conversion. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end campaigns, liaising with key stakeholders, managing budgets, and driving both brand awareness and conversion through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage brand and DTC campaigns to meet business and customer objectives.

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, including marketing brief definition, budget management, and creative execution.

  • Collaborate with the Broker Marketing lead on deliverables originating from brand and DTC campaigns.

  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to shape and deliver campaign strategies.

  • Execute initiatives that drive conversion, including nurturing customer journeys.

  • Deliver an SEO strategy and actionable plan for organic growth.

  • Ensure that the GIH website maximizes leads and conversion.

  • Manage and evaluate media plans, trial new media channels, and ensure objectives are met.

  • Report against campaign budgets, performance, and ROI.

  • Create and manage the GIH social media content calendar.

  • Input into annual marketing planning for brand and DTC initiatives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, share knowledge, and drive innovation within the team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience managing B2C campaigns across paid media and owned channels.

  • Proven ability in omnichannel campaign management and creative strategy.

  • Experience with creative and media agency partners and in-house teams.

  • Deep knowledge of marketing for brand awareness and lead generation, ideally in retail or premium sectors.

  • International marketing experience.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work with insights and customer segmentation.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

  • Commercial awareness with strong budgeting and forecasting skills.

  • Confident presenter and communicator at all levels.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization.

  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and relevant software.
