Building Surveyor

Our client is a niche independent company that has been established for 14 years, starting with only 2 directors, the business has grown to a headcount of 25 across 5 offices in London, Plymouth, Bristol, Manchester, and Poole. They operate in various sectors such as commercial, residential, public sector, education, retail, leisure, specialist, and healthcare/ assisted living. They offer the full range of building surveying services for occupiers, funds, landlords, investors, and developers. These services include acquisition surveys, dilapidations, design & specification, condition surveys, feasibility studies, contract administration, office refurbishment and fit-out, development monitoring and building conservation/ historic buildings.

Due to an increase in workload and in alignment with their growth plans, they are looking to strategically recruit a Building Surveyor who is competent in running projects from inception to completion. The bulk of the work coming into the business would be project work with an 80%/20% split in favour of projects to traditional surveys. However, there is the opportunity to have more of an even split should the Building Surveyor desire that.
