Description:

Global Plug Services Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable person to take on a part-time role as an Administrative Assistant. This role is perfect for those with over 8 months of work experience or students eager to gain hands-on administrative skills while contributing to our mission to simplify Immigration, Embassy, and Consulate Services for African countries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with passport applications, travel visa processing, emergency travel certificates, and National Identity Number (NIN) enrolment.
  • Review and organise client documents for consulate and embassy appointments.
  • Support clients in completing application forms and submitting necessary documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer applications and inquiries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Manage general administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and organising office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration regulations and procedures for African countries.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 8 months of work experience in an administrative or customer service role. College/university students with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in administration is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Personality: Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and open to learning new software systems.
  • Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
