Oliver James are currently partnered with a well-established Insurance business that need to hire a Business Analyst on a permanent basis.

This business is looking to add additional staff to a high performing team in a growing organization. They need someone who is technically sound and able to speak with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Key skills;

• End to end business analytics experience
• Experience working across IT focused work streams such as cloud platforms, system implementations, service transitioning etc
• Strong stakeholder management, facing off to both business & IT members
• Experience working within Insurance or Financial Services highly desirable
