Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into detailed specifications.
- Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements, act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, supporting solution design and implementation, and participating in user acceptance testing.
- Analysing data to provide insights, creating reports and dashboards, and contributing to project planning and monitoring to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI.
- Strong technical skills, including expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies, familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum frameworks, and knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Possess Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
