Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Discovery Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops to gather business requirements.

• Requirement Gathering: Capture both technical and non-technical requirements.

• User Story Creation: Prepare detailed user stories for development teams.

• Process Mapping: Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.

• Data Management: Proficiency in data gathering, manipulation, and validation.

• ServiceNow Expertise: Understand the capabilities and benefits of ServiceNow.

• Communication Skills: Effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely.

• Change Management: Guide organizations through transitions.

Nice to Have:

• Specialization in one or more ServiceNow capabilities.

• Experience in data structure and process design.

• Experience in CSDM (Common Service Data Model) implementation.

• Understanding of Business Services and Service Mapping.
