This is hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up BA work in an environment where you’ll actually see the impact of your input.

The work you’ll be doing:

• Taking the lead on a major internal applications modernisation project, shaping systems that will transform how the business works day-to-day.
• Diving into payroll and fintech projects, helping design smarter, faster, tech-driven solutions in a sector that never stands still.
• Running workshops, capturing requirements, writing user stories, and keeping agile delivery flowing.
• Acting as the go-to link between stakeholders and the development team ensuring clarity, alignment, and zero ambiguity.
• Making sure what gets built is not only functional, but genuinely moves the needle for the business.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven BA who isn’t afraid to do as well as think — this is very much a role for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up.
• Someone comfortable being the solo BA voice in the room, working closely with devs, product, and business leaders.
• An agile mindset you don’t need to be a scrum master, but knowing how agile delivery works is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication skills: able to talk tech with developers and translate it back to plain English for stakeholders.
• Industry in as a BA in something Finance based - Fintech, Accountancy, Payroll, just anything around this
