Business Analyst

Description:

Buro Happold is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Global IT Operations team for a 6-month fixed-term engagement. The role focuses on business process improvement, specifically on the global travel process. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to map the current state, design a future state, and integrate processes with the People System/ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map the current global travel process.

• Develop and challenge future-state processes to drive efficiency and improvement.

• Identify integration touchpoints between business processes and ERP systems.

• Produce technical process mapping diagrams for use in technical requirements.

• Support projects and initiatives to improve business processes.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and data interrogation skills.

• Ability to challenge existing processes and propose improvements.

• Skilled at visualising complex processes and identifying dependencies.

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerBI (desirable).

• Experience managing projects or initiatives involving ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• BCS qualification or equivalent preferred.
