Description:
easyJet holidays is seeking a Business Analyst to join its growing team at its headquarters near Luton Airport. The selected candidate will work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Teams to lead the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business requirements for a wide range of projects.
As a key member of the team, you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of how easyJet holidays operates, how its systems interconnect, and where improvements can be made. You’ll act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity on project goals, expected outcomes, and impact on business processes, people, and customers.
Your responsibilities will include mapping existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, defining actionable improvements, and managing the full lifecycle of business requirements from idea to implementation. You’ll also play a crucial role in risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Map out current processes, identify gaps, and propose structured, practical solutions.
Utilize agile methodologies, including Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), to write clear and testable requirements.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and cross-departmental discussions to align objectives.
Manage business change, ensuring smooth delivery and adoption of new processes or systems.
Assess potential risks, dependencies, and impacts on business functions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and delivery functions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an agile working environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and methodical approach.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in defining measurable outcomes and ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Good understanding of websites, CMS platforms, and digital customer experience design.
Background in the travel, tourism, or holidays industry is an advantage but not essential.
