Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Assist with identifying new opportunities, improving existing processes, and driving execution and adoption of key cross-company initiatives to better support the Financial Advisor experience.
• Manage the onboarding of third-party distribution firms with various DTCC Services and new business automation to enhance the client, broker, and firm experience.
• Work closely with the Annuity Order Entry and Key Account Management Teams to coordinate individual Firm Product Launches and customizations.
• Oversee and manage the deliverables associated with Firm Merger and Acquisitions by partnering with relevant stakeholders which include Key Account Managers, IT, and Licensing
• Problem resolution and testing support of the Equitable Portal which includes but not limited to user registration and login, web content management, and Forms & Literature tool

Business Intelligence: Knowledge of business intelligence; ability to utilize business processes and technologies for gathering, storing, analyzing, and providing access to data that helps the organization make better business decisions.

Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
