As part of their ongoing mission to advance in Ed-Tech, Ededge is offering a remote internship opportunity in their Business Analytics Training & Internship Program.

In this role, the intern will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, including tasks such as data management, data analysis, data modeling, and developing analytical skills. The intern will work closely with the data science team on real-world data projects, honing their skills and applying data analytics tools and techniques in business contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the data science team to gather, refine, and analyze large datasets, focusing on data preprocessing and visualization

• Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to extract insights from data, including identifying Excel interface structures

• Use Python for Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), with an emphasis on risk analytics in banking and finance

• Develop and optimize model performance using modern technologies like no-code databases and data mining

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to construct machine learning pipelines for commerce, finance, and procurement

• Engage with internal stakeholders to analyze business data and evaluate strategies using statistical methods like T-tests

• Address specific business challenges and develop innovative solutions using modeling technologies (e.g., bike share systems)

• Acquire and apply advanced analytical techniques using tools like Tableau

• Create reports and presentations to effectively communicate data analysis methodologies and findings
