Business Change Project Manager

You will be an experienced Project Manager with significant experience in delivering transformational change. You will be expected to possess effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally from an NHS or Healthcare sector background and have a strong track record in delivering change within complex organisations, delivering benefits linked to strategic objectives. You’ll hold formal Project Management and / or Business Change qualifications, which inform your approach and discipline, whilst having the tenacity to flex your approach to engage your stakeholders and navigate organisational systems.
