In Vattenfall Power Solutions we aim to achieve this goal by enabling electrification and decarbonisation of industry and heavy transportation. We provide our customers with the needed high voltage and charging infrastructure capacity based on our solution Power-as-a-Service, where Vattenfall develops, own and operate the equipment.

We are looking for a Business Developer to build relations with industrial customers and sell Power-as-a-Service to industries. You will be responsible for business development within the industrial segment in the country where you work, making sure that we deliver the best solutions to our customers and expand our pipeline. You will be part of an international team excited about entrepreneurial and innovative projects that contributes to electrifying heavy transportation and industry.

As Business Developer for Industry you will be responsible for:

• Developing and selling projects supplying high voltage and electrical infrastructure, batteries, PV systems, heat pumps and e-boilers as a service for industrial processes
• Driving our sales process towards industrial segments contributing to building our pipeline in your country
• Searching for new opportunities and creating your own pipeline of projects
• Analysing and calculating business cases and negotiation contracts
• Developing strategies for industrial segments such as food and agriculture, manufacturing, datacentres, steel & metal etc.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders, both internally and externally working with suppliers, customers and contractors
• Managing and building lasting relationships with our customers to ensure continues commitment and expand business contracts

Qualifications

• A commercial mindset and experience with business development and sales for industrial segments
• Bachelor or Master degree
• Proactive and outgoing attitude motivated by building relations with customers
• Clear and persuasive communication skills with a patient and consultancy mindset
• Understanding of electrical infrastructure, high voltage equipment and their dynamics
• You speak and write the language of the country where this position is located fluently. Furthermore it is mandatory that your English is good as this is our business language.
