As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and helping to expand the business’s global footprint. You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders to build relationships, develop leads, and support the overall sales and marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities, potential clients, and industry segments.

  • Proactively engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.

  • Support senior commercial leaders in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.

  • Work towards clear, measurable targets for lead generation and conversion.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, sales materials, and product demonstrations.

  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records to track engagement and pipeline progress.

  • Contribute ideas for improving business development strategies and enhancing customer acquisition.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (ideally in SaaS or technology sectors).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive, curious, and results-driven mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Fluency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, or Japanese will be an advantage.
