Main duties and responsibilities
To support the delivery of the account management plan within the Business Development Innovation team, maintaining consistency and coordination of client accounts across the Department. The post holder will support the operational delivery of post award/contract activity, including billing, purchasing, project compliance and data reporting. Additionally, the post holder will support the gathering of client feedback against knowledge exchange activities.
Skill and experience required
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines. Proven experience of providing project or professional administrative support is essential, as is keen attention to detail. Applicants should have an excellent command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and be very comfortable with collecting and processing complex data with discretion. Experience of using CRM systems would be advantageous. Demonstrable experience in managing projects from inception through to completion would be a distinct advantage, ideally with knowledge exchange or research projects in a HE context.
Qualifications required
Educated with a minimum of degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject or substantial proven professional work experience.
