Description:

Bright Horizons is seeking an administrator to support the Business Development and B2B Marketing teams build our rapidly growing client base. This role will work across the teams to assist with CRM updates, document creation, meeting assistance and various activities that support the B2B Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Distributing & researching relevant sales insights

  • CRM Data Maintenance & lead integration

  • Proposal & Contract Request Form creation

  • Manage demo access.

  • Consolidate data and report creation.

  • Create benchmarking and any other required information for prospects.

  • Managing Events/Campaigns data and associated CRM tasks

  • CRM Knowledge sharing

  • Researching prospect data

  • Nursery Mapping: mapping large companies around our nurseries.

  • Assist with System access requests.

  • Scheduling Meetings & general EA type activity

  • Prioritising a diverse workload

Essential Experience:

  • Administrative experience

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

Experience Desirable:

  • CRM knowledge would be beneficial.

  • Data Analyst

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
