As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients in need of wealth management services. Every day, you will be growing and retaining business in order to over-achieve your targets and fuel your career.

Our aim is to have you trained, fully competent and qualified as a Wealth Advisor within as little as 12 months. Not only will you LEARN but you will be able to EARN whilst doing so.

So how would your day shape up? You will...

•  Consistently exceed your quota by growing, retaining and prospecting clients within your sales territory.
• Spend most of your time on the phone engaging with prospective clients
• Conducting market research into the country, demographics and clients’ needs to ensure that every call adds value first.
• Be responsible for a combination of new business development and managing existing clients across a defined territory.
• Work within a multicultural environment covering 60 global offices with clients in 109 countries.
