Key Accountabilities
- Providing value-added business development support to ZEDRA’s Corporate and Global Expansion Commercial strategy, including contributing to overall planning, co-ordination, administration and execution to maximise opportunities in key international locations
- Supporting the co-ordination and presentation of multi-jurisdictional, high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs/DDQ, ensuring the process is as efficient as possible
- Executing a cold outreach campaign; generating and qualifying leads for senior commercial team members to convert
- Qualifying sales opportunities and setting-up meetings with prospects and senior commercial team members
- Meeting monthly and annual qualified pipeline generation targets
- Assisting with lead generation in terms of nurturing targets through marketing activities, tracking changes in audience engagement and contributing ideas to reach new/target audiences
- Helping maintain, develop and co-ordinate our key intermediary relationships
- Understanding all of ZEDRAs services so you can engage with CFOs, Founders, and Co-Founders to pitch to prospects through initial emails and telephone outreach
- Planning, and executing current client mining activity to generate cross-selling opportunities in conjunction with the commercial team
- Conducting research into target markets to understand prospective customer needs
- Managing and maintain sales pipeline and produce periodic reports
- Initially engaging with enquiries that come via the website, LinkedIn etc. to pre-qualify leads
- Working with leadership to implement best practices and create strategies for sales improvement based on market research and competitor analysis
- Supporting with administrative tasks
Knowledge & Experience
- 3 years’ or more sales, lead generation management and proposal writing experience in the professional/financial services industry. Experience within the corporate services is desirable but not critical
- Excellent English writing, reading and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel in terms of formatting to produce attractive and accurate documents and management information
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Self-motivated and able to build effective relationships at levels
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to co-ordinate work across global teams and time zones, work to tight deadlines, prioritise tasks and work on your initiative
- Experience in Interaction CRM or Salesforce is a plus
