Business Development Executive

 

Description:

with decision maker contacts at businesses with large energy usage (Industrial & Commercial). Taking pre-qualified prospects on a nurture journey from initial contact (cold calling) to first sales meeting.

The Role:

  • Contact & build relationships with pre-qualified decision makers.
  • Book face to face meeting for the business development manager.
  • Manage, forecast & report on pipeline figures for internal reporting (stakeholder management).
  • Maintain records of all prospect communication in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create collateral to support the sales process.
  • Identify & record potential I&C energy users.
  • Continuous improvement of sales pitch in line with target market and latest propositions.
  • Self-educate on energy market trends & factors affecting decision making processes.
