Business Development Executive

Consumer Additions is working with an amazing business with a unique portfolio of premium international brands, one of the broadest in the wine and spirits industry. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team in Liverpool

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Achieve volume targets, through proactive development of new and existing business
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy by channel to achieve brand plans
  • Implement brand plans through effective implementation of customer activity and frequency of call contact
  • Achieve distribution and qualitative KPI targets
  • develop a network of contacts within customers to maximise brand opportunities and effectiveness of brand investment
  • Ensure customer-focused joined business plans are agreed upon for key customers
  • Identify venues to ensure maximum visibility of portfolio and for suitable new business prospecting
  • Identify opportunities and recommend action for new brand initiatives
  • Manage and control personal and brand-related budgets and resources
  • Support regional wholesalers in the field and support regional Account Manager as required

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Strong exposure to drinks or FMCG brands is desirable
  • 1-3 years experience within a similar environment
  • Exposure to On Trade sales, mixology, or field marketing
  • Passion, drive, and energy for premium brands and delivering great customer service
  • Strong organisational, presenting, and negotiation skills
  • Graduate caliber
