Consumer Additions is working with an amazing business with a unique portfolio of premium international brands, one of the broadest in the wine and spirits industry. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team in Liverpool
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Achieve volume targets, through proactive development of new and existing business
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy by channel to achieve brand plans
- Implement brand plans through effective implementation of customer activity and frequency of call contact
- Achieve distribution and qualitative KPI targets
- develop a network of contacts within customers to maximise brand opportunities and effectiveness of brand investment
- Ensure customer-focused joined business plans are agreed upon for key customers
- Identify venues to ensure maximum visibility of portfolio and for suitable new business prospecting
- Identify opportunities and recommend action for new brand initiatives
- Manage and control personal and brand-related budgets and resources
- Support regional wholesalers in the field and support regional Account Manager as required
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Strong exposure to drinks or FMCG brands is desirable
- 1-3 years experience within a similar environment
- Exposure to On Trade sales, mixology, or field marketing
- Passion, drive, and energy for premium brands and delivering great customer service
- Strong organisational, presenting, and negotiation skills
- Graduate caliber
