Business Development Intern

 

Description:

We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who’s hungry to learn, execute, and grow into a long-term role at BADR STUDIOS. You’ll be directly responsible for filling the pipeline, booking meetings, and driving revenue growth.

 

This isn’t a coffee-fetching internship. You’ll be hands-on with real campaigns, real clients, and real commission upside. You’ll also work closely with the founders and tech team to align sales processes and collaborate on projects.

 

 

What You’ll Do

• Set up and manage email outreach campaigns (Apollo + ClickUp CRM)

• Build and maintain targeted leads lists

• Conduct cold calls & cold outreach across channels

• Engage in social media outreach (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X)

• Book meetings and qualify leads for the founder

• Collaborate with founders and tech team to align processes and contribute to projects

• Keep CRM updated and pipeline organized (ClickUp + Slack for comms)

• Hit KPIs consistently and report progress daily

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• A self-starter with hustle and resilience

 

• Confident in hitting targets and KPIs under pressure

 

• Comfortable with cold outreach and speaking to business owners

 

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns in ClickUp

 

• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and looking to grow fast

 

• Available to work at least part of their day in BST daytime to sync on tasks

 

• Willing to commit to the hours agreed upon throughout the internship

 

• Curious about sales, AI, and growth strategies
