- Market expertise: Deep understanding of the UK life sciences, biotech, or biopharma landscape, including key decision-makers and market dynamics.
- Business development experience: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing client accounts, preferably in B2B or technology-driven solutions.
- Communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to think beyond immediate sales targets to shape long-term growth strategies and influence product-market fit.
- Proactive and self-driven: Comfortable working independently, managing a pipeline, and driving initiatives from concept to closure.
- Language skills: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
