Responsibilities:
- Developing contact strategies for a broad range of intermediaries, delivering the agreed revenue targets
- Meeting and exceeding sales performance targets
- Generating client leads for the key account managers by securing appointments and attendees at events
- Building and maintaining a portfolio of intermediaries
- Working with relevant teams to identify and develop new intermediary relationships and building a pipeline of opportunities to deliver against the business growth objectives
- Developing and maintaining a good understanding of competitors and market trends
- Maintaining good knowledge of the company’s product range, investment philosophy and process
- Ensure all activity is in accordance with the company’s requirements and regulatory duties
Key capabilities:
- A thorough understanding of investment processes and philosophies
- Detailed knowledge of intermediaries and their business drivers
- Excellent understanding of competitors and market dynamics
- Use of relevant systems, a CRM, Salesforce, Financial Clarity etc.
- The ability to deliver product targets from a portfolio consisting of up to 300 advisers
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven client relationship and servicing skills
- The ability to manage workflow and contact calendar to ensure follow up to all sales calls in a timely manner
- Processes information and demonstrates behaviours in order to successfully meet the clients’ end goals
