Requirements:

• Educated to degree level/further education qualifications in hospitality or equivalent experience
• Significant Business Development experience within hotels/conference venues
• Proactive and reactive sales experience in the Hotel/Conference industry
• Familiarity with working in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Exceptional organization and planning abilities
• Commercial experience and a commitment to driving results
